Slaughterhouse announced today the details of the group’s new tour as well as confirmed that the title of their forthcoming Shady Records/Interscope album debut will be welcome to: OUR HOUSE. Executive produced by Eminem, welcome to: OUR HOUSE, to be released May 15, 2012, will be the second album from the creative collaboration of Crooked I, Joe Budden, Joell Ortiz and Royce da 5’9”. New music will be made available next week for fans to get their first taste of what promises to be one of the most anticipated and explosive albums of the year.

Brash and outspoken, bringing together the East Coast, West Coast and Detroit in the middle, Slaughterhouse issued a self-titled EP last year and was featured on “Loud Noises” on the gold-certified, #1-charting Billboard album Hell: The Sequel from Bad Meets Evil, the collaboration between Royce and Eminem. During the past year, the quartet has also been featured with Ludacris, Yelawolf, Travis Barker and T.I., among others.

Slaughterhouse was previously heard on “Session One,” a bonus track on Eminem’s 2010 blockbuster Recovery album, following their debut, indie-issued album in 2009. Widely acclaimed as individual artists, the group formed in late 2008 after Crooked I from Long Beach, CA, Joell Ortiz from Brooklyn, NY and Royce da 5’9” from Detroit appeared on “Slaughterhouse” on the Halfway House album from Harlem-born, New Jersey-raised Joe Budden. They then named the collective after the song.

ALABAMA RAPPER ON THE ROAD FOR “HARD WHITE” TOUR

October 7, 2011 — Santa Monica, CA — Alabama rapper Yelawolf has decided to move the release of his debut full-length studio album Radioactive from its previously announced October 25^th drop date to put extra finishing touches on the album. Radioactive will now be released by Ghet-O-Vision Entertainment/Shady Records/DGC/Interscope on November 21st.

“I needed to add some important finishing touches to the album which resulted in the new release date,” said Yelawolf. “I have some surprises in store for the fans that have to be seen before the album comes out. It’s definitely worth the wait.”

The album’s first single, “Hard White (Up In The Club),” featuring Lil Jon, is currently available via all digital retailers. Radioactive is Yelawolf’s first album after the partnering of Ghet-O-Vision Entertainment and the Eminem-led Shady Records. The album, which finds Yelawolf working with such producers as SupaHotBeats, Justice League, The Audibles, and Diplo, follows Yelawolf's critically acclaimed Trunk Muzik 0-60 (Ghet-O-Vision/DGC/Interscope) — a 2010 compilation of tracks from his Trunk Muzik mixtape along with previously unavailable recordings.

Yelawolf is currently on the road with The “Hard White” Tour alongside DJ Craze and Rittz. The tour began in Starkville, MS and criss-crosses the U.S. before wrapping up in Las Vegas on October 28^th.

July 5^th, 2011 — Santa Monica, CA — Multi-platinum hip-hop artist Eminem has become the first artist ever to sell one million digital copies in the U.S. of an album as his 2010 release — the chart-topping, Grammy Award-winning Recovery — surges past the one million mark this week.

This record-setting career milestone comes just one week after the superstar artist landed at No. 1 with Hell: The Sequel, the release from Bad Meets Evil, Eminem’s collaboration with fellow Detroit native Royce Da 5’9.” This marks the first time in the last five years an artist has scored two No. 1 albums within a 12-month period.

The best-selling album of 2010 in the U.S. and the best-selling digital album of all-time, Recovery has now sold more than 5.7 million copies worldwide, propelled by its No. 1 singles “Not Afraid” (which earned Eminem a Grammy Award for “Best Rap Solo Performance” and two MTV Video Music Awards, and has sold more than 3.4 million downloads in the U.S.) and “Love The Way You Lie,” featuring Rihanna, which spent seven consecutive weeks at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100, and has sold more than five million downloads in the U.S. and 9.3 million downloads worldwide. “Love The Way You Lie” earned five Grammy Award nominations, including “Record of the Year” and “Song of the Year,” and won Billboard Music, Soul Train, and People’s Choice awards.

New EP From Revived Legendary Duo To Be Released June 14th On Shady/Interscope Records
SANTA MONICA, CA – April 25, 2011

The Bad Meets Evil teaming in the late ‘90s of underground Detroit MC’s Eminem and Royce da 5’9” became a rap legend of unfulfilled promise. Now, a decade after they last recorded together, Eminem and Royce da 5’9” have revived their Bad Meets Evil project, today officially announcing that an EP on Shady/Interscope Records will be released June 14th.

“Royce and I started hanging out again and inevitably that led us back into the studio,” said Eminem. “At first we were just seeing where it went without any real goal in mind, but the songs started to come together crazy, so here we are.”

Added Royce, “I’m excited to see this project come to fruition considering the long lapse in time between when we worked before and now. We had a blast doing it and we just hope everyone enjoys it while we’re working on the ‘Monster’ that will be the Slaughterhouse album. #TeamShady.”

The two first met in 1997 at a concert in Detroit and soon formed Bad Meets Evil (Royce as Bad and Eminem as Evil). But they released just a few recordings, including the song “Bad Meets Evil” on Eminem’s major label debut, The Slim Shady LP and a heralded independent Bad Meets Evil 12” featuring the now underground classic, “Scary Movies.” The pair went their separate ways in their solo careers only to be separated by a reluctant feud, thus making it the last time they would be heard together for several years. Sadness over the tragic shooting death of mutual friend Proof in 2006 led to mended fences with Eminem’s group D12, which prompted an eventual reconciliation between the two rappers. Eminem and Royce were finally once again on speaking terms after Royce was featured on D12’s 2008 mixtape Return Of The Dozen and later went on tour with the group.

Since then, Royce has continued his acclaimed solo career (all three of his officially released albums, most recently 2009’s Street Hop, have cracked the Top 40 R&B/Hip-hop chart). With rap stalwarts Joe Budden, Crooked I and Joell Ortiz, he has also formed Slaughterhouse, recently signed to Eminem’s Shady Records. In addition, Slaughterhouse contributed a bonus track to the digital deluxe edition of Eminem’s blockbuster 2010 Recovery album.

The bulk of the EP’s production was helmed by longtime collaborator and D12 member, Mr. Porter (a/k/a Kon Artis) and also features contributions from Mobb Deep’s Havoc, DJ Khalil and Bangladesh among others.
